Dr Wilson’s philosophy on health is to see the individual rather than the diagnosis, and the underlying cause rather than the symptoms of the disease.  She uses a variety of treatments and modalities catered to the unique needs of the patient.  In addition to the training she has received in nutrition, traditional oriental medicine, acupuncture, homeopathy, lifestyle counseling and botanical medicine, Ayla is also certified in the Bowen technique and Prolotherapy.

Dr Wilson treats a wide variety of conditions, including male and female fertility, women’s health, childhood conditions (such as ADD/ADHD, autism, asthma, eczema), geriatrics, gastrointestinal health, stress, and autoimmune diseases.

As an athlete herself, Dr Wilson has a special interest in sports injuries and chronic joint pain.  She uses Prolotherapy, a regenerative injection technique, which rebuilds damaged cartilage and connective tissues to permanently heal joints damaged from injury or wear and tear (osteoarthritis).
