Exhibitor Facts & Policies

The advertising deadline has passed for ANM 2020.

Thank you to our Supporters!

ANM Hours & Exhibitor Advertisements

ANM 2020 runs on two channels, Channel 1 is live on Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, October 25; Channel 2 runs concurrently with pre-recorded lectures.  Exhibitor advertisements will run in the time prior to start, during lecture breaks throughout the schedule, and briefly at the end of each day.  Each exhibitor ad will run at least once on Channel 1 and once on Channel 2.

Gifts / Prizes / Product Samples

If you have prizes to give to delegates, please alert the BCNA no later than 5 PM PST on Wednesday, October 15, 2020.  The emcee on Channel 1 will be announcing prize winners throughout the event.  We will use a digital random drawing system.  Prizes can be mailed to the delegate following the event.

Advertiser Deadlines

Ads must be submitted to BCNA no later than Wednesday, September 16 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.  BCNA cannot guarantee that ads received later than that date will be exported and uploaded in time for the event; while every effort will be made to accommodate late submissions, there is no guarantee that late submissions will be shown during ANM 2020 and no compensation is provided to exhibitors who submit their ad material late.

Ad Timing

Your ad must fit the time frame your company booked for.  If you purchased a three minute ad, and submit ad material that runs over three minutes, your ad will not run long; your ad will be cut at the three minute mark.

Acceptable Ad Formats

The preferred method for submission is a video file.

MP4, MPEG, M4V, AVI, MOV & QT are all acceptable video formats. Please include background music or voiceover if you require audio.

If emailing us video formats, please use a file transfer service such as We Transfer.  Video formats must not exceed the time purchased.

An alternative option is to submit PPT or PowerPoint slides.  Your slides will be shown, in slide show format, to fit your ad time purchased.  If you purchased one minute, and submit ten slides, then each slide will be shown for six seconds. No audio will be played unless it is included.

A third option is to submit the static picture file(s) as JPG or PNG; all static files will be shown in the time the exhibitor purchased. Again, no audio will be played unless it is included.

Audio files can be overlaid onto slide files; this is NOT a service provided by BCNA.

All advertisers will receive additional recognition online, and in print, for their support.  Please provide a digital version of your logo to BCNA by Wednesday, September 16 at 5:00 p.m.
