The BCNA Bulletin is distributed quarterly to over 600 naturopathic doctors in British Columbia.
BCNA Advertisment Policy
The BCNA Bulletin is printed in portrait format on 8.5 inch x 11 inch paper, with a .25 inch / 0.635 cm border on all pages. All full page advertisements will be automatically adjusted to fit these dimensions. For ads with a frame or border, please adhere to the border on all sides.
Half Page ads, preferably horizontal:
- 7.5 inches / 19 cm wise, 4.5 inches / 11.4 cm tall
- 10 inchs / 25.4 cm tall, 3.75 inches / 9.5 cm wide

Half page B&W display ad: $142.00
Full page colour display ad: $418.00
Half page colour display ad: $215.00
Page 2 & 3 / back cover / inside back cover: $475.00
The BCNA also offers insert ads ( 8.5 x 11 full page, 600 copies supplied by ad deadline). Inserts are invoiced according to weight (per individual bulletin).
One page (max weight of 30 grams): $175.00
One Page (max weight of 50 grams): $225.00
One Page (max weight of 100 grams): $275.00
Repeat advertiser discounts of 15% are applied to advertisers who participate in subsequent issues.

The Bulletin is published quarterly in March, June, September and December.
Ad deadlines for the remainder of 2019:
Spring 2020: March 5th
Summer 2020: June 4th
Fall 2020: September 10th
Winter 2020: November 26th
Ad placement cannot be guaranteed, unless an advertiser specifically purchases pages two, three or the inside back cover or back cover. Those specific four pages are reserved for full page colour ads. All B&W and half page ads are placed according to space availability.
The BCNA Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse an advertisement. The board may reject an ad due to the promotion of illegal materials, potentially infringing materials including trademark, copyright infringements, or reference to material containing, in the board’s opinion, inappropriate content, or for any other reason. In the event of demand exceeding display ad space, the board will give priority to repeat advertisers and full page colour ads. The board may also cap the volume of advertisements an advertiser places in any given issue at its own discretion. Advertisements for multi-level marketing are not permissible.
As the BCNA Board of Directors is not involved in or responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers, in the event that an advertiser has a dispute with a buyer or seller, you agree to and hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless the BCNA Board, members and staff, from any and all claims, demands and damages of every kind and nature arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
