Personal Experience

“If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants”

Integrative medicine is the story of my life. It is my front-line of primary patient care and I have had the honour of being mentored by the brightest and most

reputable of my peers. I have had the privilege to journey three months through Germany, visiting clinical hospitals and learning from the best regarding anthroposophical

approaches and integrative cancer care. I have volunteered for a week at a medical placement in Nicaragua which provided me with vast insight into micro-bacterial and parasitic infections I am a clinic supervisor at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine which means that I am continuously expanding my scope of practice and keeping up to date with the latest advancements in Medicine.

I am an active member of the College of Naturopathic Physicians of BC, the BC Naturopathic Association, and the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians. I don’t have the answer for everything but I will endeavour to seek help from my circle of trusted colleagues to find the solution to your problems. I am a teacher at the Holistic Institute of Nutrition and it gives me such joy to share my wealth of knowledge and present it to an audience in a concise, informative and meaningful manner. The word doctor comes from the greek word “docere” which means to teach. I strive to be a helpful teacher for my patients and studens. It is not what I do, it is how I do it, that sets me apart from my colleagues. I promise you that no matter what challenges may arise on your journey to health, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
