Dr. Kathy Dang is a dually board-certified Naturopathic Physician (since 2008) and a Registered Acupuncturist (since 2011).  She is US-trained and maintains private practice in Vancouver, British Columbia. 

 

She maintains NCCAOM diplomate status in both Herbology & Acupuncture and is Chair for the Biomedical National Board Examinations Committee for NCCAOM in the US. 

 

She is certified in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture and holds interests in anti-aging and aesthetics . 

 

Her undergraduate training in Microbiology and Psychology influenced her views on the gut/brain health connection, and its importance in inflammation and disease processes, as well as mental health and general well being.  

 

She holds clinical interests in women’s health, pain disorders, gastro-intestinal health, autoimmune/dermatologic disorders, endocrine/metabolic/cardiovascular disorders, and mental/emotional trauma & stress disorders, as well as anti-aging/longevity and natural aesthetics.

 

Dr. Dang practices advanced natural therapies driven by scientific research while also maintaining the vital energetics of Eastern medicine.
